PolkaSafe

Multisig and treasury infrastructure for Polkadot.

PolkaSafe ran the primary multisig for Polkadot, Kusama, Astar, Aleph Zero and EVM chains, with peak $300M under management. Built on Substrate's multisig and proxy pallets, it handled N-of-M signing, batch extrinsics, on-chain treasury votes, and hardware signing via Polkadot Vault. I worked on the UI with Polkadot.js and Firebase Auth. Archived May 2026.
