Moodcast is a Moltbot/OpenClaw skill on ElevenLabs v3. It detects emotion in text and inserts audio tags to shape delivery, then renders speech with a matching ambient soundscape from the Sound Effects API. Mood presets map to voices, long text is split automatically, and the CLI can save to file or show the enhanced text before generation.
