Real-time foreground-only concurrency for SonyLIV streaming telemetry, on ClickHouse.

ClickLiv ingests 7 million session events into ClickHouse, reconstructs truly active playback intervals, and rolls them to one row per session minute. It serves peak and average concurrency at any grain and filter combination from that rollup, with incremental handling of still-open sessions. Same numbers power the web dashboard, conversational surface, and MCP server through one budgeted read-only role.
